Head of Consolidation (m/f)

The Head of Consolidation plays a central role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of BA Glass Group’s financial information. The role is responsible for group consolidation, monthly and annual closing processes, internal control coordination, and high‑quality financial reporting to management, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders (auditors, banks, regulators).

This position acts as the process owner for consolidation and group finance procedures, ensuring harmonization across all countries, strong governance, and continuous improvement of finance processes and systems (SAP / BPC).

Key Responsibilities

1. Group Consolidation & Reporting

• Lead the monthly group consolidation process using SAP BPC, including scope definition, exchange rates, consolidation adjustments, and eliminations in consolidation perimeters.
