Overview

Head of content - EdTech (French fluent ) – Paradox EN. This role leads the Content Factory, bridging David Laroche's personal brand with Paradox's company brand, and shaping a dual-brand strategy that outlasts the founder. Remote or in offices in Dubai or Lisbon; French and English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Architect the dual-brand strategy to scale both the personal brand and the company brand without cannibalization.
• Propose radical formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) and own end-to-end delivery including hooks, storyboarding, and final cut alignment with the vision.
• Hire and onboard needed talent (motion designers, drone operators, niche experts) to realize concepts.
• Direct David as the actor on set, ensuring scripts, set, and direction are flawless so he can perform with minimal mental load.
