The Head of Content – Social Retainer is responsible for owning the creative voice of all social retainers under Dentsu AMP. This role leads the full content function from strategy and ideation to writing, execution, and performance. The ideal candidate sets the creative tone, drives innovative storytelling, and ensures that every brand’s content is fresh, aligned, and consistent across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Vision
Define and lead the overall content vision for each retainer brand, including tone of voice, content pillars, formats, and monthly themes.
Partner with strategy and account teams to translate brand briefs into clear, actionable creative directions.
Shape platform-native content that reflects cultural insights, digital tone, and evolving audience behavior.
Creative Ideation & Execution
Lead day-to-day ideation across static posts, video content, copy-led formats, and mixed-media assets.
