Drive initiatives and focus' include (but are not limited to): Operations Standards across Health and safety, 5S and visual Management, Performance Management, Process Management, Business Continuity and Continuous Improvement.
Design and deliver effective training for LEAN tools and methods including 5S, A3 Problem Solving (PDCA/ DMAIC), Value Stream Mapping, and basic Lean introduction.
Serve as a subject matter expert and lead CI workshops on business processes (CL/ Warehousing), Inventory Slotting projects (ABC Analysis), A3 Problem Solving and Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, ...
