Job Objectives: 
To identify contractual requirements and opportunities, thereafter develop and execute strategies for tender and contract award, in accordance with the company's long term business goals and company business plan. To administer live contracts in support of various contract holders which will include routine communication with contractor and customer, dispute resolution, which may include liaising with internal and external lawyers, claims and contract closures.
Job Description: 
Plan, direct, coordinate and manage the performance monitoring of vendors, contractors, suppliers and consultants in providing contractual services and keep internal client user department apprised of contract execution schedules.
Lead and coordinate post agreement/contracts award shutdown activities, and provide 24 hr on call eligibility during major shutdowns.
