Head of Cost Planning – Operations

Hiring: Head of Cost Planning – Operations & Supply Chain Finance

We are seeking a senior finance leader to drive cost efficiencies and margin improvement across Manufacturing and Supply Chain. This role oversees product and logistics costing while providing strategic financial support to Operations and Supply Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead standard product costing (materials, labor, overhead) and variance analysis
• Oversee end-to-end logistics costing (freight, warehousing, distribution)
• Partner with Operations on productivity, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives
• Support budgeting and forecasting for COGS, freight, and manufacturing overhead
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting for performance monitoring

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred)
