Head of Country Türkiye

KWS Group is looking for a strong, purpose driven Head of Country to lead our commercial operations in Türkiye.

In this key leadership role, you will drive the profitable growth of our crop portfolio across all sales channels, always with a clear focus on serving farmers and customers through the right route to market - whether via (semi-)direct sales, distributor networks, or strategic industry partnerships such as sugar industry.

Combining strategic responsibility with people focused leadership, you will strengthen KWS’s market position through effective planning, inclusive sales leadership, customer centric marketing, and forward looking product development. This role is based in Eskisehir, Türkiye, and unlimited and full-time.
