We’re looking for a Head of Creative Studio to help lead VRChat’s live ops content pipeline—shipping high-quality 3D props and assets to players on a regular cadence.
This is a high-collaboration leadership role . You’ll partner closely with our Director of Design and our Art Team Manager, who have laid a foundational direction for our creative strategy. We’re looking for someone who can own and advance our creative quality bar, bringing clarity, taste, and strong production leadership to make the work scalable and consistently shippable.
You’ll manage our internal art team, work alongside our production leads, and partner with engineering to keep the content pipeline healthy: clear briefs, strong reviews, smooth handoffs, and predictable delivery.
