Position: Head of Credit Control Unit (CCU)
Work Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Tebrau, Johor Bahru
Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon-Fri 8:30AM-6:00PM
Salary Package: Basic up to RM5,500-7,500 (depends on experience)
Responsibilities:
Credit Control Management
● Lead, supervise, and support the Credit Control team to ensure effective credit management.
● Collaborate closely with the Sales team on customer payment plans, credit evaluations, and unblock requests.
● Review and approve new customer credit account applications.
● Monitor outstanding accounts and work with the Sales team to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of overdue balances.
