About the Role
As Consumer Lending Head, you will lead the Partnerships Business in the Philippines, driving profitable growth, innovation, and strong relationships with lenders and banks. Your mission: acquire 300,000 customers over 3 years and achieve $100M ANR by 2027.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the Partnerships Business strategy in collaboration with the CEO and global teams.
Lead all aspects of lending partnerships (loans and credit cards) in the Philippines.
Drive acquisition, revenue, and profitability targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Oversee day-to-day partnership operations, including budgets, KPIs, and resource allocation.
Identify, manage, and mitigate operational, reputational, and business risks.
Lead new partnerships development: evaluate potential partnerships, create financial models, and manage pipeline from pitch to contract.
