 In this role you will: Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

Leads a team of adjudicators, contributes to the profitable growth and quality of the Quebec’s Commercial Credit portfolio, ensuring the portfolio is efficiently maintained at an acceptable level of risk. Ensure portfolio performance aligns with risk appetite through strong credit adjudication, robust controls, and proactive risk management.

Provides objective oversight and effective challenge, optimize capital, monitor emerging risks, and collaborate with business lines to shape strategic initiatives. Ensures credit applications are adjudicated promptly, within the Bank’s risk selection parameters.
