Head of Credit Services

Description

• Manage, Develop & implement processes and mechanisms for Credit and Lending Operations/Transaction Services, including, to align with the strategic direction of Credit and Capital Management as well as the regional & global framework of the Transaction Services comprised of the activities of Credit Service & Collateral Management and Issuer Services Operations.
• Oversee the performance of processing teams, both onshore and offshore, and ensure tasks are executed in line with Service Level Agreements and all prevailing regulations with high quality, while strengthening operational disciplines and controls under the Operational Risk Management framework
• Manage resources, work schedules and budgetary planning for the units
