Overview:

The Custom Calculation Services team, part of the Operations Index group in ISS STOXX, is seeking a experienced index operations manager. The candidate will be responsible for the configuration, calculation and dissemination of custom indices. The candidate is expected to build, develop, and manage the team, and play a key role in liaising with the ISS STOXX Clients, to optimize the day to day Custom Calculation Services activities, and facilitate the launch of new products. The successful candidate will also work in close collaboration with various ISS STOXX stakeholders to ensure best practice and compliance to Operations group policies, definition of new processes based on clients requirements, and coordination of the process automation with the technology teams.
