At ING Hubs Spain we are looking for a Head of Cybersecurity Services and Governance & Compliance Lead

Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Head of Cybersecurity Services and Governance & Compliance Lead to join our ING Hubs Spain Team.

You will be building a new team that is active in the fields of cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, horizon scanning and influencing new regulations. Furthermore, the team will perform risk analyses in support of governance and support operational resilience testing within ING.

You will be responsible for hierarchical management of the various CISO delivery teams e.g. in the area of IAM, Security Detection and Response, Cloud Security. These teams comprise of over 50 security professionals and can grow further.

Your key responsibilities:

• Ensure adequate governance of cybersecurity issues both for ING as Global CISO itself.
