Head of Delivery Assurance

Join Aster Group as our Head of Delivery Assurance.  You’ll become part of the Property Services Senior Leadership team, having accountability for defining, shaping and delivering the optimisation of Property Services.

You’ll be working closely with the senior team to identify process and performance concerns, leading to the creation of corrective plans and actions, including training, resource and process changes.

The role will be instrumental in leading change and developing and maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and empowered culture and will be considered the SME for any transformation projects, especially around system implementation.
