As the Head of Demand Generation, you will own the end-to-end paid acquisition strategy across digital channels, with a strong focus on Performance Marketing , Meta , and Google Ads ecosystems. You will combine analytical rigor with creative strategy to drive full-funnel growth — from awareness and acquisition to retention and lifetime value optimization.

This is a leadership role requiring a data-first mindset, hands-on execution capability, and experience managing high monthly media budgets in fast-scaling D2C environments.
