**What You'll Do**

+ You will be facilitating the consensus plan. Manage, chair and coordinate regional demand planning activities both for Consumer and Commercial business. Facilitate a single set of forecast and communicate consensus plans and the assumptions behind them throughout the supply chain and drive alignment across business functions at country, cluster and regional levels.
+ You will maintaining demand planning process quality. Employ demand analytics at all significant levels (i.e. product line, rim size, target market segment) in order to drive discussion that are meaningful to a variety of users and which aid in the decision-making process.
