About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Head of Department to lead the F&B academic and practical training functions within our client's institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for curriculum delivery, quality training, departmental coordination, and ensuring graduates are industry-ready.

Reporting to Head of Academics (Dean of Studies)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the Food & Beverage academic and practical training programs.
  

• Develop, review, and implement F&B curriculum, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
  

• Ensure training delivery aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  

• Supervise, mentor, and support trainers/lecturers within the F&B department.
