Head of Department/ Supervisor

Job Scope:

• Conduct daily operational checks to identify tasks and prioritize urgent stock-related matters.
• Lead, supervise, and assign tasks to warehouse team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Receive incoming stock and ensure all quantities, conditions, and related documentation are accurately checked and recorded.
• Maintain a proactive work attitude to complete tasks promptly and avoid unnecessary delays.
• Ensure all assigned duties are executed efficiently with strong leadership, responsibility, and accountability.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma required; Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably with 3 years experience in warehouse operations and management, inventory control, stock forecasting, and team supervision.
• Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and monitor daily work progress.
• Basic knowledge of stock handling, inventory systems, and documentation.
