We’re hiring our first Head of Design: the person who will define what great design means at Katapult, build the practice from the ground up, and lead design execution across our entire client portfolio.

The role

This is a founding role. You'll own design horizontally — across every client engagement, every product, every visual touchpoint Katapult produces. You'll set the standard, build the systems, and do a meaningful amount of the work yourself.
