Head of Design/Creative

Well established organisation based in Cheshire is looking for a Head of Design/Creative to join their team for a Maternity Leave Contract which could last up to 8 months and will start in March this year. Hybrid & Flexible working. Salary will be Pro-rata.

This role will be quite autonomous, leading a team of x5 Designers, a Photographer and Freelancers. Man-management experience is key, along with hands-on design skills to put together client visuals and mock-ups.

They are looking for a creative with experience in home textiles such as bedding, blankets, cushions, accessories and towels. You will also need licensing experience and be a brand guardian for their clients.

Excellent communication & organisational skills are required as you will be liaising with the buying team and sales teams, as well as external suppliers, freelancers and other internal departments.
