Define the Department's vision, strategy and priorities, aligning the technological roadmap, core applications, data and digital platforms with the Company's objectives.
Oversee the Application and Core Development (Cleva secure cores) and Platforms, Portals and Integration (Salesforce and Webmethods solutions) areas, ensuring the evolution and maintenance of solutions.
Ensure the technical governance of solutions, including application architecture, development standards, API-first integration, DevSecOps practices and agile methodologies.
Ensure the evolution of data architecture, ETL pipelines, data warehouse and reporting mechanisms, promoting quality, governance and availability of information.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for custom development, packages, data, and integration, ensuring operational capacity, continuous innovation, and compliance with service levels.
