Head of Digital Americasc Hub (Buenos Aires)

The Head of Digital Americas O2C HUB will lead and manage the Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations across the Americas region within the General Finance Services (GFS) organization. The role is responsible for overseeing regional teams supporting SAP Ariba Cash Collections, SAP Concur Digital Collections and Concur O2I. It ensures operational excellence, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement across all O2C-related functions, including billing, cash collection, customer engagement, and integration of new Lines of Business (LoBs).

Success in this role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders across Finance, Controlling, and Commercial teams, as well as maintaining productive relationships with external customers and global partners.
