Head of Digital Asset Operations

A high-growth fintech infrastructure platform is seeking a senior leader to establish and scale its Digital Asset Operations function.
This is a strategically critical role, responsible for the end-to-end operational oversight of digital asset products such as stablecoins, settlement, liquidity management and tokenized fiat within a regulated environment. You will ensure regulatory alignment and scalability as the platform expands.
Responsibilities
Lead and institutionalise digital asset operations across custody, wallet management, issuance/redemption, reconciliation, and settlement
Embed robust operational risk, controls, and governance frameworks (AML/KYC, fraud, cyber controls etc)
Oversee secure custody solutions and key management standards
Optimise liquidity and settlement performance across fiat and digital rails
Build and lead a high-calibre operations team in Singapore
