As the **Head of Digital Grid, Mexico Execution Center**, you play a crucial role in leading the cross-segment team towards successful customer engagement, providing leadership to the local team, developing & managing talent, and driving business opportunities.
In this role, you will be directly reporting to the Head of Digital Grid Americas and will be responsible for leading a cross disciplinary team of power system planning and consulting experts, design and test engineers for substation PAC systems, grid cybersecurity experts and grid enhancing technologies experts.
This role involves business growth, competency management, overseeing the smooth execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
