Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Transformation

• Formulate and drive the Group's digital transformation roadmap aligned with overall business strategies.

• Identify and implement digital solutions to support REID core operations (e.g. digital twin, smart facility management, BIM integration, IoT-based asset management).

• Champion adoption of emerging technologies (e.g. AI, Big Data, RPA, cloud, mobility) to optimize value chain efficiency.

2. Platform & Technology Development

• Oversee the development and integration of digital platforms, applications, and tools to support project lifecycle from planning to delivery.

• Evaluate and select suitable digital solutions and vendors aligned with Group IT architecture.

• Ensure seamless integration of legacy systems with new digital platforms.
