We present an exciting opportunity for a Head of Dispute Resolution with a Beijing‑based Legal Services business. The organization is a multinational law firm delivering high‑quality legal services to clients across several nations.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Dispute Resolution Team, ensuring effective resolution of cross‑border conflicts between the UK and China. Utilize strong leadership and business understanding in a competitive climate to drive client satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 5years PQE in commercial litigation.
• Ideally double‑qualified in both China and Britain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managerial and client interaction.
• Strong leadership and business understanding while managing a team.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
• Expertise in resolving cross‑border conflicts between the UK and China.
