Head of Distribution

Job Description:
• Develop and execute nationwide distribution strategy aligned with business growth and portfolio expansion
• Appoint, evaluate, and rationalize distributors, sub-distributors to the best interest for the organization
• Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery to distributors, institutions, and trade
• Improve order processing, funds management, claims and complaint resolution cycles
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to support launches, and demand surges. Work closely with Planning, Warehousing, Finance, and Sales to achieve primary sales targets
• Support business continuity planning and crisis management
• Build a performance culture with clear KPIs, reviews, and accountability
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's / Master's degree (MBA preferred)
• 10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role handling nationwide operations
