岗位职责 / What You’ll Do

从0搭建加拿大渠道体系：覆盖IFA、家族办公室、私人银行、移民财务顾问等核心合作伙伴 / Build Canada’s channel ecosystem from scratch: IFAs, family offices, private banks, and immigration financial advisors.

开拓并维护温哥华、多伦多华人HNW客群及渠道资源，推动歌斐全球另类资产产品落地分销 / Develop and maintain Chinese HNW client and channel networks in Vancouver and Toronto; distribute Gopher’s global alternative products.

与法律合规团队协作，确保产品引入及业务开展符合加拿大监管要求（CIRO / OSC / AML）/ Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all activities meet Canadian regulatory standards (CIRO / OSC / AML).

建立歌斐/Olive在加拿大华人金融圈的品牌知名度，参与家办峰会及行业活动 / Build brand awareness in Canada’s Chinese financial community through family office summits and industry events.

随业务发展搭建本地团队，负责渠道P&L管理并定期向总部汇报 / Scale the local team as business grows; manage channel P&L and report to headquarters.

任职要求 / What We’re Looking For

在加拿大长期工作/居住，英语与普通话双语流利 / Based in Canada with full professional fluency in English and Mandarin.
