Role Purpose
This role manages the overall strategy and execution of the online channel to drive profitable growth and strengthen customer relationships, aligned with shopper marketing, brand strategies, and sales objectives. It works closely with shopper and customer marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure brand communications and online presence are optimized.
Key Accountabilities
Derive Business Strategy and Objective
Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan for Malaysia and Singapore to support short- and long-term growth, including:
E-Commerce proposition creation including key player product & proposition analyst, proposition creation for each online channel or e-retailer in advance
- Promotional plan to boost sales to achieve sales target (co-ordinate with offline sales channel to avoid channel conflict)
