**E-commerce Strategy and Business Management**

+ Develop mid- to long-term strategies, annual business plans, and budgets for the company’s e-commerce channels.
+ Formulate growth strategies based on market dynamics, platform rules, and the competitive landscape, and ensure effective execution.
