Workana Education has strong fundamentals: a large audience, proven products, and clear demand. What we lack today is operational excellence at scale.

We are looking for a senior Builder–Operator to turn Education into a predictable, high-performing revenue engine. This role exists to bring structure, urgency, and execution discipline to the business, improving funnels, leading the team, and consistently shipping improvements that drive revenue.

This is not a product-vision or innovation role. It is an execution and leadership role.

What you will own

• Education results. You are accountable for revenue, conversion and speed of improvement.
• How Education operates day to day. You decide priorities, tradeoffs, and what gets built, tested, or killed.
