Your new role 
You will be tasked with leading and designing a youthful Employee Benefits team by providing guidance, fostering a collaborative/ high-performing culture, and developing tailored EB solutions for clients.

What you'll need to succeed 
Up to 10 years within EB under Client Servicing/ Business Development functions
Experienced in leading/ managing a team to achieve revenue targets
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
