 We are looking for a Head of Employee & Labor Relations France & Group at Eramet. The Head of Employee & Labor Relations France & Group leads constructive social dialogue across a multi-entity French perimeter, while coordinating the Global Forum, the Group's international employee representative body. This high-impact position offers a unique interface between local labor relations issues and the Group's global social strategy. It represents a rare opportunity for a labor relations professional looking to combine legal expertise, diplomacy and an international outlook within a Group. The position is based in Paris 15.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the employee relations strategy across the French perimeter (multiple entities, industrial sites and a research & innovation centre), in coordination with local HR teams
