NOWPDP is seeking an individual to manage its programs of
Hunar, Rozgar
and
Khud Mukhtar
across Pakistan
.
The programs aim to build capacity and increase economic empowerment of persons with disabilities. The programs also work toward promoting equal opportunity employment. Economic empowerment involves the preparation of persons with disabilities and institutions for mainstream employment and self-employment opportunity.

The selected candidate is expected to demonstrate strong program leadership and design skills, with both a strategic and operational lens, to effectively guide teams toward their goals and support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives.
