• Goal Alignment for team


• Planning and Reporting for team and self Commercial Plan and Strategy to ensure that you hit target


• Monitoring daily to determine if targets are met or shortfall is expected


• Prepare follow up plan to meet shortfall


• Strive to push new initiatives to improve performance forecasting

• Ensure all KAMs and self are Configuring SKUs for campaign


• Ensure all KAMs and self allocate stock for selected SKUs


• Ensure that Campaign plans are shared with GO team and Operations team to ensure they are aware of expected process flows


• Strive to push new initiatives to improve campaign management process and scheduling

• Check KAMs and self are aligned with Clients for ordering SKUs are fast moving and evergreen SKUs
