Key Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end engineering leadership for Loyalty and Rewards Saa S products, including architecture, delivery, quality, reliability, and scalability.
- Define and drive the engineering strategy and execution roadmap aligned with product vision, business goals, and customer commitments.
- Lead and scale multiple engineering teams.
- Establish and evolve the technical architecture using the MERN stack, ensuring long-term scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Oversee cloud-native deployments on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to align engineering execution with market and customer needs.
- Drive engineering excellence through strong SDLC practices, code quality standards, automated testing, CI/CD, and Dev Ops maturity.
