Head of Engineering

Role

• Full analysis of the existing infrastructure (architecture, technologies, and dependencies)
• Lead and mentor the engineering team (creating a positive culture/work atmosphere)
• Develop/streamline relevant processes for software development, deployment, and testing.
• Create processes for deployment, monitoring, and enhancements.
• Develop security protocols and testing strategies

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of proven experience leading software development teams (mentoring and developing talent)
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Angular Js, .NET/C#, MS Sql Server
• Strong time management skills
• Experience developing unique solutions to technical challenges
