Position Overview

As a senior technical leader, you will bridge the gap between complex ecosystem architecture and high-performing people leadership. In this role, you will extend your leadership across multiple engineering squads, internal staff, and vendor teams executing across diverse corporate delivery threads.

The matrix engineering model brings together central Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to help diverse business units accelerate product delivery, move confidently from problem discovery to rapid experimentation, and scale systems into highly secure, reliable enterprise services.
