Role Introduction
We’re looking for a Head of Engineering Fabrication to lead our Engineering Fabrication department across Mechanical and Electrical Fabrication. You’ll be accountable for how the workshop runs day to day — planning work, coordinating priorities, leading the team, and keeping delivery safe, organised, and quality-compliant. This role works closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Project Management and support teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
