Head of Engineering

Job Summary
The position is responsible to lead plant's engineering and project functions to ensure the provision of comprehensive services, so that all the production operations are carried out safely in accordance with quality standard, company policies and procedures in a cost-effective way. The position holder will be responsible to safeguard integrity of the entire plant's equipment and infrastructure, so that the plant remains available to meet customers requirement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and execute engineering strategies to achieve business objectives related to cost, quality, safety, and delivery.
Plan and manage preventive, predictive, shutdown, and breakdown maintenance across electrical & instrumentation, mechanical, civil, projects, and engineering development.
Ensure effective execution of maintenance plans and optimal utilization of engineering resources.
