Head Of Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead the planning, design, and execution of our civil engineering projects. This role will oversee engineering teams, ensure technical excellence, manage project delivery, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Provide technical oversight for design development, including architectural, structural, and electrical coordination.
• Manage construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and support accurate project forecasting.
• Establish quality assurance practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
