We are looking for a visionary, business-oriented Head of Engineering to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation across client engagements and internal processes. The ideal candidate is a seasoned R&D leader or technical executive with a strong consulting mindset, outstanding communication skills, and hands-on experience with AI.
Responsibilities:
Define and drive the company’s technology strategy, leveraging AI and emerging trends to enhance service offerings and internal efficiency.
Lead technical pre-sales: client discovery, solution architecture, estimation, PoC development, and proposal presentations.
