What You Will Be Doing
:

• Strategy and Vision:
  Define overall technical vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and objectives. Accomplish high-level outcomes and lead quarterly reviews and OKR planning. Build and lead a high-performing team.
• Architecture and Delivery:
  Oversee all software and operational components and develop long-term technical roadmaps and milestones. Establish delivery standards and working processes for all engineering functions.
• Business Continuity Planning:
  Align and maintain service-level objectives, compliance and business continuity plans for all systems including financial, brand and regulatory impact. Identify technical risks, develop mitigation plans and address challenges in the process. Provide technical direction to engineering leads.
