Head of Engineering

FyneHand is mandated to hire for the role of Head Engineering to be based in Nagda, Madhya Pradesh.

Our client is a leading specialty chemicals company and the core business of our client is the development, manufacturing and marketing of chemical intermediates, additives and consumer protection products.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing prompt, sustainable, quality engineering and maintenance support to manufacturing operations of all production plants, and site infrastructure facilities to achieve production targets meeting global QHSE standards, establishing engineering & automation strategy, defining correct balance between preventive /predictive shutdown maintenance on the basis of risk management for all plants and utilities
