Own engineering delivery across multiple client programmes in parallel, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency
Partner with practice leads, project directors, and presales to shape delivery models and technical direction
Establish engineering standards, governance, and best practices across teams
Drive hiring, capability development, and succession planning as the organisation scales
Act as a senior escalation point for complex delivery and stakeholder issues
Support innovation initiatives across modern application engineering, data, AI, and platform solutions
