About the Role

TXM Recruit are working in partnership with a growing and well-established rail engineering business based in Cardiff to recruit a Head of Engineering. This is a senior, strategic role responsible for setting engineering direction, ensuring technical excellence, and providing robust engineering support to operational delivery. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will act as the organisation's engineering authority, aligning engineering capability with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term growth plans. You will play a key role in driving safety, quality, compliance, innovation and continuous improvement across the business.
