Job Description
- Guarantee that Presidents and Managing Directors of Group legal entities retain the independence required to successfully run their entities
- Ensure that no actions are taken by senior leadership or corporate teams that could undermine the legal or operational independence of Group entities
- Improve and formalize guidelines governing relationships between legal entities, holdings, and Business Line Management
- Issue organizational recommendations supporting the entrepreneurial leadership charter and the balance between autonomy and control
- Develop, maintain, and deploy online training materials and tools for Group company leaders
- Results-oriented with high energy, drive, and a strong desire to deliver impact
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with all management levels
