Head of Equity Research

The Company is seeking a senior Head of Research to lead its equity research function. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving investment research, ensuring the quality and governance of research output, and meeting the regulatory requirements set by the Securities Commission Malaysia. This includes leading the equity research agenda, setting research priorities, and overseeing the compliance of research activities with internal and external policies.

The role also involves building and maintaining financial models, producing high-quality research reports, and engaging in thought leadership to support investor education. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on research and content creation related to macro markets, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and investment manager due diligence.
