As Head of ERP Engineering, you will be joining our global Tech organisation and taking a key role in shaping and advancing our ERP landscape. In this position, you will lead a talented team, drive strategic development initiatives, and ensure our ERP systems evolve in line with our ambitious business goals. You’ll work cross-functionally to architect scalable, high-performing solutions that empower our international operations and deliver real impact. This position is permanent and based in Warsaw.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• lead and mentor a team of MS Dynamics Business Central engineers, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and growth
• define and own the Business Central technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, stability, and alignment with business goals
